Let us introduce you to our trainer, Christine Nibblett
Nibblett Stables is owned and run by Rick and Christine Nibblett. Christine has over 31 years of equine experience as a trainer, instructor, and rider. Christine owned and operated Tempistar Farm in Salisbury, Maryland for 12 years before moving to Seaford, Delaware, where she and Rick established Nibblett Stables in 2008. The stable is operated with Natural Horsemanship principles, which focus on the mental, emotional, and physical development of horse and rider in a non-competitive, supportive environment.
Christine's horse training expertise lies in her sensitivity to both horse and human. Her lifetime of experience with many instructors and her work in many riding styles, allows her to identify and resolve underlying problems. Christine's talents, combined with her unfailingly positive approach, result is an instructor and trainer who effectively assists students in developing a partnership with their horse that builds a relationship of mutual confidence. Rick Nibblett and his family have been involved in the training and racing of Standard bred horses for over 15 years. An avid trail rider himself, Rick enjoys introducing students to the joy of horses. Rick is always on hand to answer questions from parents, students, and friends of riders. Rick is the not so behind-the-scenes guy keeping the stables, pastures, and facilities well maintained, comfortable, and safe for riders, as well as being a top notch assistant for students.
